RCH Solutions is seeking an experienced Bioinformatician to join the Gene Therapy Technical Development Team. You will play a key role in applying bioinformatics tools and OMICs expertise to enhance product understanding, support research initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative gene therapy solutions. You will apply your expertise in OMICs (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) and molecular biology to review, interpret, and validate experimental results, ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance.

Job Description
RCH Solutions is seeking an experienced Bioinformatician to join the Gene Therapy Technical Development Team. You will play a key role in applying bioinformatics tools and OMICs expertise to enhance product understanding, support research initiatives, and contribute to the development of innovative gene therapy solutions. You will apply your expertise in OMICs (transcriptomics, proteomics, metabolomics) and molecular biology to review, interpret, and validate experimental results, ensuring scientific accuracy and relevance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with scientific experts, product teams, and data professionals to address technical challenges, support research needs, and translate complex findings into actionable insights.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable bioinformatics pipelines for AAV production lifecycle data analysis and visualization.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, and usability by implementing FAIR data principles and proper metadata structuring.
- Contribute to improving production processes through the application of statistical methodologies and data-driven approaches.
Essential Qualifications:
- Masters Degree in Bioinformatics or Computer Science
- Strong foundation in bioinformatics, molecular biology, or a related field, with hands-on experience in OMICs data analysis.
- Proven experience in designing, building, and optimizing bioinformatics pipelines and AI-driven applications. High proficiency in R programming is required.
- Ability to evaluate and integrate tools from enterprise IT ecosystems to develop effective solutions for complex scientific challenges.
- Excellent ability to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and communicate technical concepts clearly to both scientific and non-technical stakeholders across global sites.
- Innovative, open-minded, and collaborative, with a strong drive for performance and continuous improvement.
- Fluent in English, with the ability to work effectively in an international environment.
